An interior and property expert with more than 15 years of experience started her career in New York City. With international sensibilities and a refined sense of aesthetics, Claudia brings a unique perspective to her work.

What truly distinguishes Claudia is her ability to listen and understand her clients’ needs and transform their personal stories into tangible and effective action plans.

1 The Concept

The process starts with you. We begin by understanding your motivations, the things important to you, and how you want to live your life. Your concept leads to an overarching design that knits together your requirements into a cohesive narrative, This is presented as floor plans and mood boards, along with a detailed quotation.

2 The Visualisation

Upon acceptance of the quotation, we begin the process of submitting the plans to the relevant authorities for approval. The concept, once refined and agreed upon, is translated into 3D renderings for the final go-ahead.

3 The Detail

With a comprehensive grasp of the project, our team transitions the 3D visualization into the creation of shop drawings. We meticulously translate conceptual ideas into detailed technical drawings. We curate a wide range of materials for your consideration. From natural elements to innovative composites, we strive to provide you with a diverse selection that meets your project’s specific requirements.

4 The Material

At Creating Homes, material selection is a tactile and inclusive experience. We guide you through the process of seeing and feeling each sample, so you can make an informed choice. Your project comes to life with materials that reflect your unique style, and we ensure you’re involved every step of the way.

5 The Realisation

Our expert in-house team begins translating ideas into reality on-site. The process is meticulously overseen by our project Design Director and Project Managers. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, turning your vision into a stunning reality with a comprehensive snagging process before handing your home back to you.

Our Team

Our team brings multiple approaches and disciplines in one complete package. We deliberately keep core expertise in-house, from skilled project and site managers to tile, masonry and MEP experts. We also have the expertise and knowledge to source exceptional materials and rare pieces, or to craft bespoke pieces as needed.

As a client, you benefit from one port of call – with a dedicated project manager, together with our design director, overseeing your project. This means that every time you interact with us, you know you’re speaking to a knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed project manager who recognises that good design starts with understanding you.
